Our story
DeWitt Transportation LLC is a small refrigerated fleet currently operating 60 trucks mostly east of I-25. The company is owned and operated by Tim DeWitt, a former driver with over 3.5 million miles on the road since 1997.
We obtained federal operating authority in 2008 with one truck driven by Tim, and started building a fleet in early 2019. Our idea of offering guaranteed pay to drivers is Tim's idea of taking away what he always thought of as the worst part of driving a truck: the unpredictable income from week to week that comes with pay per mile or percentage-based pay.
